Before Dohna GL12
The Antem Dohna GL is a rather compact spoon that is very stable in flight due to its shape and exhibits its perfect running behavior even at very low retrieval speeds. It is available in 5 weight classes (1.0g, 1.5g, 2.0g, 2.5g and 3.0g), with 2.5g being the most common weight class. It is equipped with an ultra-sharp Japanese barbless hook.
The GL stands for Glittering. Therefore, the GL colors are excellent in clear weather with lots of sun and clear water. Here, the "glitter effect" comes into its own and they can really score. One of my favorites is the GL05. Due to its color combination, it has a magical attraction for trout, but also other fish such as perch or chub.
There are a few basic rules (here) for finding the right spoon color.
