JackAll / Timon - Pepino
The lightweight for all conditions!
The Pepino from the premium brand JackAll / Timon is another Nyoro-Crank (banana-shaped wobbler) in the range.
The name "PEPINO" is Spanish and means "cucumber". This most accurately describes the look of the wobbler with its elongated and slender shape.
The JackAll / Timon - Pepino is characterized by its realistic design and its seductive action in the water. Its slender silhouette perfectly imitates the prey of trout. The so-called "Woven Roll" action, a rolling motion during retrieval, additionally creates visual stimuli that entice even cautious fish to bite.
Its sophisticated weight distribution further supports its running behavior. This allows the lure to be retrieved extremely slowly while always maintaining its seductive movement. This lure has already delighted many anglers in Japan and is popular with both recreational and tournament anglers.
One of the disadvantages of most Nyoro-Cranks is the limited casting distance. However, due to its long and slender diving lip, the JackAll / Timon - Pepino offers less air resistance than comparable models, thus enabling an improved casting distance. In addition, the design of the diving lip ensures particularly stable movement.
Thanks to its 4 different model variants, you can perfectly adapt to the respective water conditions. Whether shallow areas, medium depths or deeper water layers – the JackAll / Timon - Pepino offers the right lure for every situation.

Choosing the Right Equipment
4 simple steps to the right choice!
Perfectly identifying the target fish
Consider what types of fish you want to catch (e.g., trout, bass, pike-perch, sea trout, ...).
Choosing a Fishing Rod and Reel
Choose length and strength appropriate to the target fish and fishing method (e.g. UL rod for spoons (active fishing), bottom rod for stationary fishing (passive fishing)).
Adjust Fishing Line and Lure
Use fine braided lines for UL applications or monofilament lines for all-around use. Make sure to use the right lures for the target fish.
Properly add accessories
Think of a suitable landing net, helpful tools (e.g. knife, fish persuader, hook remover,...), clear bait boxes and a functional tackle box to be optimally prepared.
