To expand our ultralight assortment, it was obvious to offer the matching line. Our PEx4 Tournament Braid has a real diameter of 0.07 mm with a linear breaking strength of 4.2 kg and, depending on the knot, a knot strength of up to 2.1 kg. The extra PE coating reduces water absorption and minimizes resistance during casting, which leads to consistently long casting distances.

4 simple steps to the right choice!
Perfectly identifying the target fish
Consider what types of fish you want to catch (e.g., trout, bass, pike-perch, sea trout, ...).
Choosing a Fishing Rod and Reel
Choose length and strength appropriate to the target fish and fishing method (e.g. UL rod for spoons (active fishing), bottom rod for stationary fishing (passive fishing)).
Adjust Fishing Line and Lure
Use fine braided lines for UL applications or monofilament lines for all-around use. Make sure to use the right lures for the target fish.
Properly add accessories
Think of a suitable landing net, helpful tools (e.g. knife, fish persuader, hook remover,...), clear bait boxes and a functional tackle box to be optimally prepared.
